Saturday Night On the Town

I LOVE getting VIP treatment! Keith, Nilo and I went out with Manu tonight. Manu, being the German celebrity he is, was on the VIP list for some parties, so off we went. No waiting in line (a good thing, it was cold and raining), no paying for drinks, and a special VIP area to hang out in. Personally, I was on the dance floor the whole time, but the others seemed to really enjoy the VIP area (free drinks will do that to a person). Dancing non-stop. Yeah! Nilo danced with me for a while... and don't let his calm exterior fool you. He's a wild man on the dance floor. Luckily, a couple of party photographers were around, and they seemed to like me (Bet they've never seen club style Congolese dance. Hah!). This was a VERY good night...

Damn, we needed this. And a sincere thanks to Manu for being our host for the evening. And I lost count of how many women freaked out and whispered to each other, "Oh, isn't that Manu?! Oh my God!" when he passed by. A genuine celebrity and a true gentleman.

Getting home, it's 6AM. So sleepy...... goodnight.
